Roberto brings over 30 years of leadership experience to Pianista — leading teams across robotics, defence technology, and the autonomous vehicles industry before co-founding the studio with Maria.

He holds a PhD in Robotics Systems Engineering and is a Chartered Manager, with a career built on one consistent principle: people first. Whether guiding engineers developing life-saving technology or supporting families on their musical journey, his focus has always been on creating the conditions for others to thrive.

At Pianista, Roberto looks after everything beyond the music itself: communications, parent support, IT systems, and the operational details that keep the studio running smoothly. When you reach out with a question, book a lesson, or need help with anything practical, Roberto is usually the one making sure it all works.

His goal is simple: to ensure that every family's experience at Pianista feels as welcoming and well-supported as the lessons themselves.
