His journey from Electronics Engineering and Robotics (holding both a Master's and PhD) to becoming a certified NLP Master Coach and Chartered Operations Manager reflects his deep understanding that true growth comes from addressing both technical excellence and personal development.

At Pianista, Roberto works alongside his wife Maria, combining his coaching expertise with the studio's holistic approach to music education. His background in leadership development and team transformation perfectly complements Pianista's vision of nurturing confident, independent musicians. A crucial part of his role involves providing comprehensive administrative and technical support to students and families, ensuring a seamless learning experience that allows them to focus entirely on their musical journey and development.
